Cracked ice

Title Page-7.png

Cracked ice is often used in cocktails because it melts more slowly than crushed ice, keeping the drink cold without diluting it too quickly. It is ideal for drinks served "on the rocks" or for those that require a slight dilution during preparation.

Ice nuggets

Title Page-7.png

Nuggets ice, pressed and granular, is extremely versatile. It is ideal for multiple uses, including cooling drinks and displaying food. Thanks to its soft texture, nuggets are perfect for mixed drinks such as iced coffee and milkshakes. Its cylindrical shape and easy chewability make it unique. In addition, Crushed absorbs the flavor of drinks and offers a quick cooling effect without melting easily.

Dry ice

Title Page-7.png

Ice is defined as “dry” because under standard pressure conditions carbon dioxide passes from the solid to the gaseous state by sublimation, that is, without passing through the liquid state. Its density corresponds to 1562 kg/m3 at -78°C, while in liquid form it has a density of 1022 kg/m3 at -18°C.

It is used for stage effects, for transporting foodstuffs or in the medical field.
